@0AbsoluteZero0 I'm sure that they are to some extent flawed, mostly because a lot of polling seems to be designed to game a desired outcome or conclusion. There's a deceptive element in it that isn't usually seen in other kinds of data collection, chief.

The fact that poll numbers are often weighted due to the leaning of the base of the organization conducting them is well known. Which is why people aggregate polls from large amounts of places of various size and standpoints across the political spectrum.

There's no sensible reason to have jumped from Bernie's policy ideas to the literal opposite spectrum of political policy with Trump unless you were

a. Treating the election like a coolest-guy-competition and felt like your feelings got hurt
